Walt was very knowledgeable about roofs and was very through on discussing options. When Walt and his crew got started they were very transparent throughout the process and gave pics and updates as they went along. They fixed an unexpected mess and installed 3 skylights. Cleaned up as they were working and were done in a day, even in the dark working with their phone lights! Very professional and nice to work with. I would trust them with any roof and mine looks great.
The metal roof Walt installed on our cottage was worth the wait, it looks great. The sales pitch Walt gave was very informative and helpful. He threw in facia board trim to make the deal work. And diagnosed a second story window that was leaking to the lower level and repaired it without asking for extra money. Walt is a craftsman, who takes pride in what he does, it shows in his work. I would recommend Glenwood Builders if quality of the work performed is your main concern.

Walt and his crea and #1. They work like a well oiled team. My roof and 2 sheds were done in 8 hours. Not one piece of old shingles or wood to be found. My roof looks great. 100% would recommend to anyone thinking of a new roof or a great builder for any job. This company is top rated and team work is in their blood. Love my new roof.

Walt did an amazing job on our home. The roof was in very rough shape when I bought the house. Walt went above and beyond. He installed the slate steel shingle roof system. While replacing a lot of sheeting that was in rough shape and replacing the insulation that had either settled or just wasn’t there. He also replaced a window and did the steel board and batten siding around the dormer. When the job is done you couldn’t even tell they were here. Very good clean up. He really pays close attention to detail. Very particular. I believe he will put the same work and integrity to anyone’s home as if it were his own home. This is hard to find. Just want to say thank you for a great job well done and I look forward to working with Glenwood builders again.
